Coralville, Iowa Oct 13, 2022 (Issuewire.com) – Bits & Pieces invites you to celebrate the Grand Opening of their new location this Saturday, October 15th! The event will run from 1 to 6 pm and will feature free activities for all ages, including a DJ, face painting, door prizes, twisted balloons, wine tasting, food samples, and even crafts in our studio space. The first 100 customers of the day will receive a free tote bag filled with coupons and other goodies from our store makers and local businesses!
Bits & Pieces, a locally-owned gift shop previously located in Coral Ridge Mall, recently moved to our own storefront in Coralville near the intersection of 1st Ave and 2nd St. Our store supports over 30 other local makers and sellers through consignment in our store, so we have some of the most unique locally-made products around! We also host a variety of art classes and workshops in our studio space, from canvas painting and kids’ crafts to writing and make-your-own tea workshops! Craft kits and art materials are also available for purchase outside of classes. We have also added paint-your-own pottery at our new location! Drop in any time during store hours to create your own masterpiece.
Our Grand Opening will feature amazing door prizes, such as handmade products from our makers, tickets to an Iowa Heartlanders hockey game, a pizza party at Tavern Blue, and more! We will also have local makers and businesses pop up in our parking lot, including Cielo Goods who will be offering their popular everlasting jewelry all afternoon. The Heartlanders’ mascot, Dash, will be here hyping up the crowd as well! This is one Grand Opening event that you will not want to miss!
