Restaurant owners in San Jose may be eligible for up to $26,000 per employee in rebates, which can be claimed risk-free using the fast rebate service launched by MWSchnabel Marketing and a team of ERTC specialist CPAs.
More information about the ERTC program and rebates for restaurant owners is available at https://smallbusinessertcrefunds.com
Small business owners that were affected by the recent pandemic can claim hundreds of thousands of dollars in tax credits from the IRS, using the new 15 Minute Refund program. These rebates are not a loan. They never need to be repaid and have no restrictions on how they can be spent.
Companies that have enrolled in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) or other pandemic relief programs are still eligible for rebates through the 15 Minute Refund program if they meet the other requirements. To qualify, a company must have between 2 and 500 W-2 employees, and have been affected by the pandemic either financially or through government orders.
Businesses that operated at a reduced capacity, such as a restaurant that offered curbside pickup or takeout only, as well as businesses that were closed due to lockdowns, can qualify. A no-cost, no-obligation eligibility assessment is available on the MWSchnabel Marketing website, which can be completed in approximately one minute.
The assessment requires no proprietary business information and includes 10 simple questions. After completing the assessment, eligible employers will receive a link to a secure server where they can complete their claim for ERTC rebates with assistance from ERTC specialist CPAs.
Employers will be asked to upload several documents to the secure server, which the CPA team will require to calculate their rebate. Every claim made through the 15 Minute Refund program will receive the maximum allowable rebate and audit-proof documentation for IRS support.
Any company that does not qualify for the ERTC program, or does not receive a rebate, will not be charged.
Recent satisfied clients of the 15 Minute Refund program for restaurants include a Florida-based restaurant ownership group, which claimed $1,120,000 in tax credits, with 224 W-2 employees. The CPA team also helped a Texas-based restaurant with 80 W-2 employees to complete a claim for $400,000.
