Restaurant Pandemic Relief Funds ERTC Rebate Eligibility Test/Application Update

This week the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) was voted on in the Senate and came in 8 votes shy, causing many experts to suggest this may be the end of the RRF. However, restaurant owners can still access up to $26,000 per employee in pandemic relief funds, with the updated application from Claim ERTC Online.

Though the RRF was planned to fund up to 265,000 restaurants and bars as of last summer, up to two-thirds of applicants were denied when the program was found to not have enough funding. In comparison, the Employee Retention Tax Credit (ERTC) has become the largest relief fund in American history, after going through several amendments that have expanded the eligibility.

Employers can find out if they are eligible by taking a no-cost, no-obligation assessment on the Claim ERTC Online website, which takes approximately one minute to complete. Eligible employers will then receive a link to a secure server where they can complete their application if they wish to apply for a rebate.

Claim ERTC Online has partnered with a team of specialist CPAs to offer a 15 Minute Refund program that is not available elsewhere. This program guarantees small business owners the maximum allowable rebate and includes audit-proof documentation with every claim.

Businesses that have already enrolled in the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) are also now eligible for ERTC rebates, as well as non-profit organizations, startups, and new businesses. While the PPP provided small loans, ERTC tax credits are a one-time rebate that does not need to be repaid and includes no restrictions on how it can be spent.

To qualify for a rebate, employers must have seen significant declines in their revenue compared to the same fiscal quarter of the previous year, or suffered temporary or partial closures due to government orders, such as a lockdown. For restaurant owners, this can also include operating at a limited capacity, such as only being able to offer delivery or curbside pickup.

Recent satisfied clients of the 15 Minute Refund program include a Florida-based restaurant ownership group that received $1,120,000 for a claim covering 224 W-2 employees. They have also helped a Texas restaurant with 80 W-2 employees to claim $400,000.
